Pranayama Sessions (online) 

Saturday April 6 / May 4 / June 8 / 3:00pm-5pm PST

In these once-a-month classes I will be leading participants through a gentle practice of passive-restorative asana, and foundational pranayama techniques. Emphasis will be on deep relaxation and freeing the subtle breath. These sessions will include time for Q&A to address specific practice questions. 

All students with 2 years of regular asana practice are welcome. To register, email me at least 48 hours prior to class.

In-Person Class 

Activating Energetic Support in the Standing Poses II

Sunday April 7, 2024 / 2-4pm 

9th Limb Yoga in Morro Bay, CA


This class will developmentally progress through a sequence of asana building from the ground up into a series of foundational standing poses. Emphasis will be on understanding through our felt experience, how we establish deep energetic support and energetic balance in each of the asana.

Appropriate for yoga practitioners and teachers of all levels.

Tuesday/Thursday Morning Class Series (online)

April 30, - May 9, 2024 / 2-Week Series

May 21, - June 27, 2024 / 6-Week Series 

8:30am-10am, Pacific Time


These morning class series are for students who want to deepen their yoga practice and their understanding of key principles of yogic method. Recordings will be available for missed sessions. 

Investment: $335. for both series / 2-wk series $85. / 6-wk series $250. / No drop-in's
